Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, transport disruptions, or force majeure events. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of defective or incorrectly supplied items within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods. Certain consumable items may not be eligible for return once opened, for hygiene and quality reasons.
8. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to all eligible products as provided by the respective brand. We pass these warranties on to you without alteration. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods or a refund at our discretion. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of any product.
